Our room had beautiful views looking over the mountains. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location close to the town of Tam Coc. The staff were also super friendly, helpful and accomodating. The included breakfast is also delicious 😋

Just in the middle of the two main areas where most of the attractions are. perfect if you are using a bicyclle. it is located in a quite place surrounded by carst mountains. some of the room (like mine) have a great view of the nearby cliffs. the stuff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Cuc from the reception. breakfast was good and sufficient.

Guests stay on a small and quiet street but a short scooter ride from the main attractions. The hosts and their children are often present in the common area and are just so helpful, patient and friendly, offering advice, providing drinks and food, or just to chat. They are genuine, hard-working, and you can tell that they care. There are also several spots in the building you can retreat to for privacy, a place to work, etc. A stay here offers guests a unique glimpse into everyday life in Ninh Binh in the sense that the hosts also offer evening English classes to neighbourhood children and adolescents, so you see local families come and go, and you can engage with them or not. Lots of smiles and happy faces. This place has a real charm and it will absolutely be my go to when I next come to Ninh Binh. Highly recommend!

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at Tam Coc Green Mountain Homestay, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. This homestay was absolutely fantastic. Very large rooms, everything was new and clean, and the whole place was done up very well. Although the hosts didn't speak much English they were friendly and helpful (they used a translation app when things weren't clear). Additionally the price we paid was incredible for what we got (we were there in the off season and it was discounted). Would highly recommend this place if you want somewhere quiet and pleasant to relax.

At the bed and breakfast, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Gorgeous property. Super central and convenient. Best bike loaner I have used in Vietnam. Trang was such a sweetie pie and extremely helpful. She kindly packed up my breakfast Banh My for my trip on the boat and also set up a car to get me back to Hanoi for only $11. Would definitely recommend.

Lotus Hotel Ninh Bình offers a hot tub. The area is popular for cycling, and car hire is available at the accommodation. This hotel runs by family, which is so nice and welcoming. we had laundry, scooter for the 3 days all with a very reasonable price. Also the hotel is located in front of a lotus field, probably when they bloom it’s amazing. Even though the location is right outside Tam coc and we weren’t sure that will be ok - we found out that the location is perfect and it’s so easy to navigate and enjoy this area. highly recommended.
