The place itself, especially our room, was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely balcony that overlooked a small fish pond. Amy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. She assisted us in booking a tour and arranged a car for our ride to the airport on our last day. Additionally, we were able to check in early since we arrived in town at 7 AM. Since it was cold when we visited, each room got a small heater that did the work perfectly.

The family that run the place were friendly and kind. Made great breakfast and made it easy to rent bikes/motorbike.

We loved the massages in a traditional Vietnamese house and spent hours relaxing in the swimming pool, soaking up the panoramic views of the surrounding limestone mountains. As passionate foodies who travel the world to dine at Michelin-starred restaurants, we were genuinely surprised by the quality of the food at the on-site Gom Restaurant. Some dishes were so refined and flavorful, they came impressively close to Michelin standards. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by two extra nights — just to keep indulging in their breakfast, lunch, and dinner! What truly made this place stand out, though, was the staff. Warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile — this was by far the best service we’ve experienced in a long time. Huge thanks to the entire team — keep up the amazing work!

The location is great to go around the area and visit the different places in Ninh Binh. Taking a scooter (that you can rent there for the day) Tam Coc is 15min away, Trang A complex 10min, Hoa Lu 15-20 min, Bai Dinh pagoda 20min. The family in the Homestay is lovely and the breakfast is also very nice. The omelette, in particular, I don’t know why, it was so good.

A baby safety gate is also available for guests at the accommodation. Amazing landscape, perfect location, and excellent food. The hosts were also incredibly welcoming and helpful – a truly wonderful stay.
