Staff was very friendly and went out their way to help us, our room was both spacious and felt brand new, and the infinity pool provided a truly breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet offered good value. A definite highlight was the Akasha Chinese Restaurant – the prices were surprisingly reasonable, and it's a must-try!

The swimming pool and the secret garden are the best parts of the hotel. The private beach is also gorgeous. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was always made up beautifully. We enjoyed our stay, Dong Hoi is a hidden gem.

I had a great stay here. The staff were exceptional and helped me with recommendations for restaurants and tours and helped organise a sleeper bus for me. Everyone is so welcoming and always with smiles and greeting me by name. The location is central and it's easy to walk to restaurants and shops as they are on the doorstep. My bed and pillows were so comfy too and the room super clean.. I got the sleeper bus to Phong Nha and it stopped outside the hotel which was really handy as I arrived at 3:30am in the morning and I was welcomed by the team, who helped with my bags to the room. I would come back here again.
