They were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, turning what could have been a dreary experience into a memorable one. We took advantage of the full-body massages offered at a discount and felt truly lucky for it. The ladies who provided the treatments were exceptional, making each session worth every moment. The food and beverage selection was a delightful fusion of Western and Vietnamese cuisine, catering to a variety of tastes. We also enjoyed the afternoon happy hour, which featured a great selection of drinks, along with receptions that assisted us in booking tours and activities. Since our flight was early in the morning, we were pleased to find that they offered takeaway breakfast, ensuring we didn’t miss out on a meal before our departure. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay! We look forward to returning in the future.
