Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise by Premier Group offers 5-star accommodation with a hot tub and terrace. We booked 2 nights 3 days and the shuttle with thier lucury van which was very comfortable. All is organized perfect from the pickup to the hotel till the way back. Sunny was the hust and know how to anumate the gyest and always make them feel comfortable. The food is 5 star plus (book 2 nights to try all the menu they have). Big congrats to the chef. He cooked great food for lunch and dinner. All the staff is very kind and and always pleased to help and do their best to satisfy the guests. They are always smiling. I would mention James, the waiter which take care for you not to miss anything. Than the tour organisation with Daisy is fun just to be with her. With Daisy you can’t miss laughing anything she try to explain, and thats why every call her Daisy , lazy, crazy, noisy 😊😊. If you do one night will see only the cave but i suggest 2 night because second day you can visit the Cat Ba village (Women village, i will not tell the story behind because you need to hear from Daisy) where you ride in the nature and enjoy the beaty, you see tipical Vietnamise village. You will try the fish massage, and the holy water. The night is very calm and relaxing and you forget about the stress, cars and internet 😊. The room is better than 5 star hotel. You have all facilities needed and is very clean. We really enjoyed and i would suggest to do it if you go in Hanoi. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The service onboard was excellent – warm, attentive, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. Everything from the food to the comfort to the views was 10 out of 10. If you ever get the chance, don’t miss this experience. It’s truly unforgettable.

The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.
