At Lion Tree Top Lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. A special experience was staying at the Lion Tree Top Lodge in the Greater Kruger Park. At night you hear the lions roar, the hyenas call and the monkeys jump on the roof and terrace of your lodge. In the morning while you are under the outdoor shower you see the impalas and springboks pass by. During the day with a nice glass of wine by the pool you see the zebras drinking from the pond nearby. And close to the resort you can see the giraffes walk. A very special experience to see all those animals pass by your lodge. In the evening we had a very nice meal around the cozy campfire in the boma together with the super sweet hosts Brian and Lynn. The lodges are beautiful and equipped with all the necessities, separated from each other by wooden paths that provide the necessary privacy. So the resort seemed all to yourself. No mass tourism here like with the accommodations in the Kruger Park. In short, a real African bush experience in this small-scale, cozy resort, which was a highlight of our road trip through South Africa, thanks in part to Brian and Lynn.

Situated in the Welgevonden Game Reserve, Sediba Luxury Safari Lodge offers big five game drives and a spa and wellness centre. Each of the luxury suites features a private viewing deck with built-in hot tub. Set in a valley overlooking a stream which will become a river after more rainfall. The rooms are beautifully appointed and provide a vast vista of the area. You cannot fault the attention to detail with the design, bedding and facilities in the room. The fresh water in the fridge is constantly topped up and the room turned down in the evening like magic! Nets on the bed and A/C in the room. Elephants visited the valley and drank from the pool and stream on 2 of the 4 days we were there!! Moyo, our guide was not only very knowledgeable but also great fun. The dining was 5* and bar prices very reasonable.

All our suites are air-conditioned and architecturally designed offering modern comforts in an ancient setting. Each suite is provided with a private wooden deck, Jacuzzi, lounge area and an outside shower for those who are adventurous at heart. Beautiful setting, overlooking the Olifants River, very peaceful. Excellent game drives, good meals, and incredibly friendly, cheerful staff. Of the 3 lodges we stayed at in Greater Kruger, this was our favorite. A small-scale operation, efficiently run. Wonderful overall feeling.

The holiday home has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. We had an absolute dream of a weekend getaway at this stunning villa! The bush setting was breathtaking, and the villa itself was perfectly appointed with all the amenities we needed. The weekend with my sisters was filled with laughter, relaxation, and quality time together, and this villa was the perfect haven(Jacuzzi, Boma etc ). The hosts were super responsive and accommodating, and the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend for a girls' getaway or family retreat 😊❤️
