We had an amazing stay at Monkey Thorn Lodge. From the moment we arrived it was really good. The manager and his staff were tops and looked after us really well. There is nothing you could fault. We sat on the veranda at sunset enjoying cocktails followed by a lovely meal. The beds are the best and our suite was very private. My wife loved the gardens and bird watching. We can highly recommend this establishment and will be back next year for longer.

The Eco Hut ligger ca. 17 km fra Kinyonga Reptile Centre og har en terrasse, balkon og udsigt til en have. Everything was amazing except the lounge pool flooded pool wasn't available understandably we were only there for one night I'd like to try it next time!

Chef Lucky did not disappoint in any of the culinary presentations during our stay. Refreshing cocktails and excellent wine selection. Sunset drives on the property with frequent sightings of a variety of animals, even herds of cape buffalo, motor boat cruises on the dam, romantic private sunset picnics, relaxing and lounging with cool dips in the pools overlooking the dam with even a little crocodile sunning island-- these were just a few of the special touches. The main lodge is beautifully decorated with originality and attention to detail. We looked forward to the evening fireside dinners, with wonderful menu selections. Great place to just relax and commune with nature in the bush or if preferred, arrangements for Big 5 drives in Kruger were also available. Special credit goes to the young, energetic and charismatic owner/operator, Francis, for her vision in creating such an outstanding experience.

The staff was exceptional and the food was excellent. The organization for game drives was perfect. I have nothing bad to say about that place. They even had outside showers. That was so special. If I have a suggestion, it is that there should be a mirror in the bedroom. There was only a mirror in the bathroom. Perfect vacation.

AfriCamps Hoedspruit tilbyder glamping- og teltindkvartering 53 km fra Orpen Gate til Kruger National Park. Samtlige glampingtelte på Africamps har egen terrasse med træfyret spabad. The real definition of glamping. The tents are spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. The hot tubs were a great experience as well. Definitely recommend
