excellent room and facilities. I was aske at reception during check in if i needed iron board and iron and was provided. Same with slip ons. Location is best, next to the park for walks and near City Centre Deira.

I love that the Hotel is very clean and accommodating staff most specially Ms. Vanessa of the front desk, she is very warm and welcoming. Also the housekeeping staff Mr. Tapan is really great, he always cleans our room that is why when we go back to the room its very relaxing. The location is near to the airport so its nice but its too far from the main city attractions but its near the metro station.

I loved the behaviour of the stuff, they were kind, funny, helping when I needed support. I loved the assistance for the booking, for the rest, for the breakfast, for the transport to reach the airport and some tourist destination. Kerimov knows Russian, which is very important. Location right along the highway, no need to search. The apartments are clean and comfortable. I liked everything very much.
