You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

Expensive but worth doing, but I think the guide needs a different sound system, we couldn't comprehend a word he was saying! Difficult to find the entrance as the signage in the Dubai Mall is appalling.

The hotel is in a central location, almost within walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The magnificent pool on the 64th floor takes you on a journey in the sky. The apartments are wonderful, offering the comfort of a home and having everything you need. We would like to thank Mr. Beshoy, who helped us with everything throughout our stay, and also the friendly, slim lady at the reception whose name I can’t remember — thank you for your kindness and attention. We would love to stay here again

The location of the apartment is perfect, walking distance from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Spacious, for 2 persons or family with kid (the maid room practically is just a bed). The building itself is OK as well, it has a small pool, separate male/female gyms and sauna, tennis court. The equipment is good, it has even a washing machine and iron. Communication with owner was smooth.

We loved the hotel and the proximity to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The breakfast selection was really good with a variety of choices especially vegetarian food. The whole ambience of the hotel was luxury.

Excellent location right next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa (former hotel operated under the name "The Address Dubai Mall"). Large room (I was lucky to get a free upgrade to a suite). Service is great. Strong recommendation.

Booked the apartment for a work trip with colleagues and it was perfect. Located right in the heart of Dubai, with plenty of great restaurants just downstairs. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a stunning full Burj Khalifa view. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable, and the host was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Ideal for both work and leisure — we will definitely book again!

The host allowed an early check in for us, which was good as we travelled with a 3 year old toddler and lost of luggage. The location was excellent, very close to the Dubai Mall, fountains and the Burj Khalifa, took us about 5 minutes to get there. Apartment was clean and spacious, view was nice, especially from the pool's side (which we unfortunately could not use). with a direct view on the Burj Khalifa.

Very nice hotel apartment... fountain view and Burj Khalifa also viewable. Breakfast is great. I stayed there two times ( 3 days + 2 days) with my daughter. The fountain side view gives good pleasure.... The bedroom is large enough...a big living room with nice sofa sets and a dining table. Kitchen equipped with cooking facilities and washing machine. A balcony gives a nice view of the fountain and surroundings... Highly recommended to stay and enjoy. Very close to Dubai mall and leading restaurants.

Value for money. We upgraded to a room woth Burj Khalifa view and it was certainly worth it. A chic hotel, close.to the Dubai Mall. Love that there is a convenience store adjacent to the hotel and the laundry facilities.

Every single person working in our resort would say good...

Every single person working in our resort would say good morning / good evening and would stop what they were doing to go out of their way to do so. The taxi driver taking us from Burj Khalifa to our hotel was keen for a chat and to share the video of New Year fireworks that he took with his phone.
