United StatesIn general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

Very comfortable. Ski room has separated lockers per room with an option to put a lock on, but even without the lock it prevents boots mix-ups like happened to us elsewhere, so very useful. It had 2 toilets, a separate bath and shower (in the same room) and an infrared spa. The balcony is huge and overlooks the mountains. It is only a 3-5 minute walk from the Giggijoch lift. The staff were extremely friendly and particularly helpful when I broke my phone and needed to find a shop to get a cover for the screen. There is a walking shortcut to town which meant you could walk to the Giggijochbahn in 10 to 15 minutes. The host was kind and polite, and their dog and cats so cute. There's a warm room for the ski equipment. The location is also very convenient, it's like 5 minutes by car to the Giggijochbahn (there's a free parking there). The breakfast offers everything you need, good products and coffee.
