Perfect setup of the room incl. the needed extras in the bathroom. Air conditioning is also working perfectly. Super silent room because of extra insulated windows. For me this is one of the best hotels I have ever seen. Not super luxury but just all you need. Stayed here twice now. Location is next to a big shopping mall with food court and direct at a public transport cross. All boxes checked.

Lovely hotel, loved everything about it! The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is also very good - a bit further away from the centre but very easy to get to and worth it, only a short walk from the station and area felt safe.

Ideal for a short stay in Vienna. The rooms are clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee and tea are also provided. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a little far from the center, but the metro is a 6-7 minute walk away, so you can easily reach the center. Breakfast was good. I would stay again on future visits.
