This is the best place to stay if you have family in the area or a child studying at Macquarie uni. Exceptional value and easy to get around from here- especially if you have a car. I love waking to the birds - sunlight and park in front of the hotel and its a short stroll across the grass to the uni to meet up with my daughter between lectures! The room is perfect- clean comfortable- tv- wifi! And a great coffee machine 20 m away to make your morning cuppa!! We have stayed here 3 times now for 7 days at a time and it is only getting better !

I loved the location. Just close to the shopping centre and metro station. The girls at the reception where kind and allowed me to check in earlier as l had travelled and was a bit tired. Also kind to show me a microwave as l needed to heat something to eat. Had an issue with my first room the door couldn't open and it was quickly sorted out and changed to another room

Hotel clean with friendly welcomes from all the staff we met. The room was clean and fresh with good aircon, and the cleaning staff moved silently around our schedules. Good range of breakfast foods with cheerful musical chef Chris and other staff making a lovely atmosphere. Reception staff were helpful and friendly too. Located 5 Minute walk from the metro and Macquarie shopping centre.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from Macquarie University, Nightcap at the Ranch Hotel features a bistro and 2 bars.
