Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

Located conveniently near to a beach, supermarket and big shopping mall. The view from balcony was spectacular. Friendly staff, comfortable stay from check-in till check-out. We had a trouble with in-room washing machine but a mechanical staff comes in soon after calling them. Overall very very pleasant stay and I would love to stay in this hotel if next time.
