The Location of the Hotel,very friendly staff at the reception, specially Ruby and Vaishali. Rohan at the Bell desk. Breakfast Buffet was good but not excellent. Access to the Pacific Lounge was excellent, were very well taken care by Mina.

Duxton treated us very well. I had a suite then next day downgraded to a double - they let me stay in the suite until my flight. A great hotel. Much more generous than the Crown offerings, which we also stayed at but really dropped the ball.
