The hospitality and service provided by the team throughout my stay was amazing and heartwarming. The hotel is located perfectly amongst many retail outlets and very easy to get around city. The room is of good size and the bed is super comfortable for a well rested night. There is a well-equipped gym and heated swimming pool with a spa pool which I absolutely love.

Ideal for us to be central for an inner city experience - their own bars were great, restaurants, theatre, shopping. Would return and recommend.

We had a great evening with our VIP Ticvkets for Torvell and Dean Ice Dance Skaters. We had drinks & Eats before the show, with our VIP tickets. Was a great evening and great seats and a great ride back to the hotel in the tram.

Good venue, plenty of toilets although they get so very busy. Taking my wife to see @tonesandi a fantastic show 👌 outside security staff are very rude, they do not understand the simple act of respect.

Great place to see concerts, very modern and open spaces.

Great place to see concerts, very modern and open spaces. Food drinks are a little bit on the pricey side but at least it was fresh and hot. Getting a taxi or similar ride trip after a concert you should expect to wait about 20 mins.

Very good - What previous guests thought, 3,629 reviews
Great location, just steps away from the NGV Gallery, Botanic Gardens, Crown Casino, and the CBD. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The car park is conveniently located inside the building and feels very secure at night. My room on the 16th floor was clean, quiet, and had a lovely view facing Rod Laver Arena. I’d definitely stay here again.

Stunning views from the balcony, Watch the sunrise over the MCG and Rod Laver Arena, clean modern unit with everything you need for a short or long stay. The beds are so comfy and the rooms are quiet considering how close it is to Flinders station. The location is absolutely sensational, the free tram terminal is right out front, giving you access to everything Melbourne has to offer. Secret upper ground access to the rear of the property opening up alleyways of funky cocktail bars, restaurants and clubs.
