Exceptionally well-located. All places of interest and many good restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast. Staff were very helpful especially with local sightseeing tours. In particular, Adnan helped us book a taxi to Tirana - following cancellation of our flight- even though we had by then checked out.

I have only good words to tell about Sana. Location is perfect. Communication excellent. Breakfast ok. Room super clean. If you are looking for something in that price range, chose Sana (i tell this after having slept with 60-100 Euro in at least 5 other hotels in Sarajevo)

The hotel was quiet and the location was perfect. Breakfast was great; a big selection of food. The staff were all lovely, particularly Linda who went above and beyond to be helpful.
