They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms! The upgraded room was spacious, luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the city. It was a gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Everything was perfect. The employees were helpful and polity, de location was perfect (2 minutes from the Grote markt), and the room was spotless clean. The little extras in the room like the earplugs, hand creams, a note book made the stay in this lovely hotel extra nice.
