Property was immaculate, rooms well appointed. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was lovely. Location was perfect, a stones throw from the central attractions. I arrived early and the hotel staff made early check in happen without me asking. Hussain at reception provided a map and information and was a pleasure to deal with.

This brand new hotel in located in the city centre, in a stately former bank building. It is tastefully renovated, with great attention to detail. This was such a lovely stay! The room exceeded my expectations; I like a setup where the hotel room is not just a big cube but has its "zones". There was a foyer area with a space to hang coats and leave shoes, and the bathroom and separate (!!!) toilet opened to this space. Then a 2 step "corridor" led to the spacious room. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets clean and crispy; I understand now why other reviewers used the word "luxurious"! The staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I already recommended this hotel to 2 friends. Thank you for the nice welcome, and hope to be back!

    Good restaurants, great architecture in the Grand Place and some 'famous' points of interests like 'the piss', good public transport, hotels are overpriced and almost always booked out because of the many EU offices in the city.

    Walking around the city center is easy, start with the Grand Place and from there the Manneken Pis is really close. The surrounding streets are lovely, make sure you discover all of them while you can try many chocolate places and beer bars. If you book a room in the city center you don't even have to spend on public transport too much.
