It made our short stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The Room: Our original room was modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless, reflecting the fact that the hotel is brand new. After our first night, we encountered a minor issue with the hot water. We reported this to the front desk, and we were immediately impressed by how proactive and kind the staff were. They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms! The upgraded room was spacious, luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the city. It was a gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Breakfast: Breakfast at Fleur de Ville was a real treat. The selection was varied, fresh, and delicious, offering everything from traditional pastries to more hearty options. Front desk staff is so kind, I met two young girls and they were so lovely, warm, and professional. They welcomed us in a way that made our stay starting exceptionally. Rooms are clean, comfortable.
