Amazingly good hotel at an excellent location. Exquisite kitchen with professional chefs and culinary students. Superb hygiene and cleanliness. Everything smells so good and is so clean. Very comfy beds with fresh bed linen. Good quality shower gel and liquid soap provided. Very good hairdryer from the reputable brand BaByliss.

I am usually very critical but this was easily the best hotel ever. Everything was perfect! Great breakfast, nice staff, amazing room, great gadgets (TV in the mirror), clean, everything in good condition, silent, nice chill temperatures from the nature in the back. We will only stay in this hotel in Sofia from now on!
