Room was spectacular. The staff were really helpful - couldn't do enough to assist. We made the most of the rooftop bar, having a very good dinner up there as well as the drinks. The views and ambiance were brilliant. The hotel also arranged for a very reasonably priced transfer back to the airport.

Very pleasant and helpful staff — especially compared to the other two hotels I stayed at in Rio. The breakfast was generous, with great options even for gluten-free guests. The room was clean and the location is very close to the beach. We were also able to leave our luggage after check-out without any problem or extra charge, which wasn’t possible in the other hotels. If I return to Rio, I’ll definitely check if this hotel has availability before I buy my flight ticket 😉.
