PhilippinesThe customer service of this hotel is top notch. Gym is spacious with everything you need for a nice workout. There is an Illy coffee machine in the room and good quality toiletries. There is also a very nice onsite restaurant aside from others that are within the vicinity. The location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations, restaurants, money exchange, shopping center. This hotel is one reason I would go back to Vancouver.

PolandThe room was very nice. The location was ideal on Robson street. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna also. The reception and concierge were very nice and helpful with the parking and finding restaurants.

Robson Street rates as one of my favorite streets when I lived in Vancouver and everytime I visit Vancouver. My most recent visit prior to August 31st , 2025 was February 2025 for a whole week!. I was on Robson Street every day!

Very large, comfortable room, with well-equipped kitchen and separate living room area. Very large bedroom windows provide excellent lighting and views. Well located as Robson Street has many restaurants and shops. Nice pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub.

Location is very good, Robson Street is a few minutes walk away, the Stadium/Chinatown station is about a 4 minutes walk. Staff were very helpful. There are laundries and kitchens available to use. Tours can be booked by the reception staff. The bed was comfortable, there was a small fridge and a coffee pod. The room was cleaned daily.

Very comfortable, clean room with super comfy bed and pillows. Great location on Robson Street, close to shops , restaurants etc. Easy walk down to Coal Harbour and around to Stanley Park.

Very nice hotel, in a great part of Vancouver. Definitely recommend. Close to fun Robson Street and the waterfront. All in walking distance.
The room (suite) was great: living, kitchen en separate bedroom.

Beds were very comfy. Good amount of tea bags/coffee sachets.
The host is very very helpful. Our baggage was delayed and he did all he could to facilitate delivery of the bags. He let me do local and national calls for free from the in room phone.
The host gave his mobile number to contact him 24x7 for any difficulty, a rare service really.
Got a home cooked tasty breakfast each morning.
The B and B is in a very nice neighbourhood of Vancouver. The city centre, Robson street (for shopping) and Stanley park are nearby.

Perfect location to Stanley Park , English Beach and Robson Street. There are cafes and restaurants galore, a Safeway across the road and a Starbucks next door.
Team member Rob went above and beyond when assisting us with checkin : he enquired about our booked tours and even called tour operators to arrange hotel pickup : he’s a legend and should be celebrated for his great service!
We weren’t impacted at all by the traffic, that other have mentioned: they do have ear plugs in the rooms if required.

Robson street to Glanville street, to Yaletown, to Gastown, then all along the water boardwalk to Stanley park, then end back at the Village area. Best coffee is at Thierry Cafe.
