This charming little hotel is in the heart of everything in Santiago. We easily walked to many attractions, great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It is simple, no frills but extremy clean, neat and an outstanding value. Mely not only checked us in but gave us excellent advice and assisted in organizing a tour as well. She is lovely and an absolute gem. If you can speak some Spanish this is a great place. Mely was very patient with my rudimentary Spanish. English, however, is not spoken. We highly recommend.

I liked everything; the highlights were the attitude of the staff in providing support, information, etc. The location was also very good. The hotel deserves its 5 stars.

It was full of great design that worked. The terrace in front of my room made it private and the outlook from the room was all greenery. The staff gave great service and anticipated what my needs might be. Well designed rooms that were very clean. Liked the cafe too. Reception was staffed the whole time I was there so the place had a very secure feeling. The hotel is also located in a very lively part of the city but was quiet
