Staff was very nice! Evelyn was always greeting me with a smile and was super available! One day I woke up late and my tour was already coming, they made sure I had something to eat on my way! They also provided a very early breakfast when I had a tour coming an hour earlier than the restaurant would be open. So I highly recommend it!

The staff were amazing- so helpful and went out of their way to get info for us. They spoke perfect English and we’re all kind and friendly. They sent us away with breakfast to go bags on our very early days - amazing! The room was simple and lovely with great views!

The hotel has a truly amazing location and a great view. This is very original architecture: as if hidden in the mountain slope or buried in the ground. The hotel was very comfortable. The room was large, well equipped and nicely designed. The hotel has free private parking. The breakfast was just great!!! The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.
