Very clean and new. Staff are all so helpful. Nice breakfast, although not a big spread. There is a restaurant in the hotel with reasonable pricing and delicious too.

++++ -entrance to metro station (Shizishan station, Line 1) just 100 meters from hotel entrance, never seen yet metro such close to hotel, -very convenient to use metro for main sightseeings, just 8 stations to Suzhou Railway Station, -swimming pool, -mattress and bed linen.

EVEN Suzhou Grand Canal by IHG features a fitness centre, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Suzhou.

Very modern hotel close to a metro station, shopping malls and restaurants. I was given a room upgrade which was a very comfortable and modern suite. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The reception staff speak English.
