We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely atmosphere, competent staff. Nice and large pool. Front desk is service oriented. E.g. Winnie Liang was extremely helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful even they couldn't speak much English. One of them help us to call an Uber car to the airport and she only took less then the amount since we didn't have the right change. It was a bit far from there to the old town street where the restaurants and shops were. We do recommend this place to stay.

Amazing customer services. Kelly is very professional and her staff do their best to make customer feel comfortable. Free shuttle form and to airport .. and lovely breakfast plus free mineral water .

The rooms were lovely. The staff were excellent! We had a 5am pickup and they left four breakfast bags at reception for us to take on our journey. Very thoughtful.
