We had a lovely time. The property itself is one of a kind, has beautiful garden, the boat experience is a must try! Service was exceptional, everyone we met there were so polite and nice. Great position, just a few minutes walk from the tube/subway station and about twenty minutes walk to the West lake via Wulin road. Kind and helpful staff. Very comfy, king-size bed. Surely recommended!

I had an amazing stay at XIZI Hotel. Chelsea is extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us. We needed to change rooms and had a lot of luggage. The bellboys were very hardworking and helped us move the luggage without any complaint. We are really grateful for their efforts. What's more, the hotel arranged a room in a style that our parents liked very much, which made our whole family satisfied. The garden in the hotel is large and very suitable for a stroll, providing a pleasant experience. The facilities in the room are brand new and well-equipped. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at XIZI Hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will choose to stay here again in the future.

Very high tech hotel with lots of free essentials. The staff were very helpful and the location was amazing, close to the old Hefang street. The breakfast was tasty as well.
