The lobby and swimming pools are a piece of Paradise. Kevin is the most professional one in the reception desk, ask him if you have any issues with your stay. Our room was faced a building and we wanted more privacy, he changed our room to the river side that was costly than ours. Kevin understood that a Middle Eastern family matters privacy more.

Clean, courteous staff, centrally located, metro station and convenience stores are nearby. Special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel Ms Wuxia who went over & beyond to help us in our time of desperation with alipay not working, no cash in hand and communication issue with our taxi driver. We are sad to not have seen you again to thank you in person, your professionalism and grace with how you handled the situation leaves lasting impression and we cant thank you enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel to families with young kids as the hotel offers special rooms furnished with toys and other objects of interest for kids.

This is truly a hidden gem in the Liwan District . The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room with the garden view was exactly like in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. There was a plate with fruit every day served . The hotel is at the border of the park and very tranquil in a busy city as Guanghzou.
