Excellent hospitality from my entry till my departure to train station. Very professional & efficient check in which is quite stand out even compare to other hotels i went locally , HK & overseas. Well decorated & equipped guest room. Spacious & all provisions in good condition, only setback is wardrobe space not sufficient enough for 2 pp & the faucet /shower arrangement not user friendly for elderly guests. Other than that, all is top notch to me. Furthermore, unaware afternoon tea is offered upon our arrival which is good that we could have a quick & elegant tea then just out for sightseeing relaxingly. 1 things must be mentioned that the concierge guy( sorry that didn’t asked his name) serving us from entry to the hotel till called cab for us on departure which is very helpful, sincere & professional , excellent representative for this Langham in Shanghai !

The friendliness, efficiency goes beyond anything - the breakfast staff were exceptional ! So attentive and accommodating , before you knew you wanted it they were already there giving it. The breakfast was spectacular and so was the view .

I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Shanghai for a total of two nights, the facilities were spotless, the hotel itself felt very curated. What I loved the most was the attention to detail and how the staff treated us.

The ambience and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The location was near to Lujiazui station which has Line 2 that leads to many places that I want to go to.
