Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Although not many speak English, they make very well do by using a pocket translator so we could easily communicate. Upon arrival you can chose a preferred scent for your room - cosy touch. Amazing that a small breakfast (bread, pastries, coffee), afternoon tea (pastries, sandwiches, tea) and a night-time snack (soup) are offered free of charge. Walking distance to The Bund. Excellent.
