With two kids , we planned to travel using Shanghai’s excellent subway system. The Hotel is about a 5 minutes walk from Shanghai Station, which connects to the major subway lines. What stood out for us was the great room, the excellent breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. They spent more than half an hour helping us out with the App system to secure bookings, understanding how everything works. Everyone worked with a smile and was very helpful. I don’t normally do this but will name drop some staff names here : Beck, Victoria, Eva, Alan, all in their own way created great memories and an atmosphere that we can’t recommend enough.

I don’t have enough words to say for the front desk they guys are amazing and so helpful and they speak good English they are happy to help you with everything the room was very clean little bit small but was nice. The location is very good.

Of all my private and business trips in America, Europe and Asia, I have never felt as comfortable in any hotel as I do here. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautifully furnished, it is spotlessly clean and the location is close to the Bund. The evening snacks, teas and meals provided are delicious, and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. This hotel is my first choice in Shanghai. I would love to come back. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.
