Additionally, Jonathan at the reception provided outstanding service, ensuring that my stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. Accommodation and Amenities: The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary mini bar and night snacks were a delightful touch, ensuring I always had something to enjoy without additional charges. Breakfast was also included, with a great selection of delicious options to start the day off right. New hotel, great breakfast, nice feeling inside, very good dinner buffet

Amazing breakfast, great location near places to visit, shoping center and restaurants. I would recomend the Horizon club (i didn't take it but i would do it now!)

Location is very good, very central, as one of the first 5 star hotel in Futian, Ritz has kept their room and facilities very well maintained.

I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size, there was enough desk space and I loved the automated curtains which opened as you went in (I know it is childish but….). Staff were friendly, spoke English and the ultimate bonus was that the metro station was directly underneath the hotel. The Children’s centre In the same complex was an intriguing concept but it was a pleasure to see so many children having fun so it shouldn’t put guests off.
