I had a really lovely stay here. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The kitchen was a big bonus, it made the stay feel more comfortable and convenient. For what you get, the price is genuinely great value. I also wan to highlight the customer service, everyone I interacted with was warm,helpful and quick to respond.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. We were there for Carnival and they had decorated the hotel and gave out free shot glasses which was a lovely gesture. The food at the restaurant was great value and tasty, we had lunch there everyday. The breakfast included was a typical colombian breakfast. They provided room service each day, making our bed.
