The food was great, the hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Even though we didn't have a car, it was very easy. Turn right out of the tube station, cross the road at the end of the big wall, turn left into the little park, and the hotel was there.

Very friendly help desk. Everyone was speaking perfect English, so communication was easy. A few minutes walk from the metro that connects you to the airport and the city center. (Approximately 1h from the airport, 20' for the city center) Clean. Soft beds. Nice water pressure and lots of warm water.
