My girlfriend and I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was an immediate sign of the wonderful stay to come. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a variety of options (also a lot od choices for non-pork eaters). We parked in the hotel’s garage, which was spotless and reasonably priced at around €26/day—less than typical rates for such proximity to the city center. The tram into the center was very convenient, taking just 6-7 minutes. We purchased 24-hour tickets directly at the hotel reception. We will absolutely stay at the Hermitage Hotel again when we return to Prague!

The receptionist helped us with everything we need, especially with the parking. The interior looked very pleasant and modern, so did the room. Breakfast has a lot of variety and was fresh.

The location is great. it is away from the noise of the city but at the same time very close, we used the tram, which is a cheap and fast way to reach the old town. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. The room is very cozy and spacious, well-scented and has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. There is a garage under the hotel, which is great if you are traveling by car, it can also be used with a larger car.
