Elegant small hotel in a prime location that's in the middle of all of the nice restaurants, bars and cafes in Mitte. Also very close to convenient underground stations. Spacious, tasteful yet lowkey design is great. Staff is also fine. We're in Belin so expect straightforward and respectful service (which I like), yet not the super smiley and chatty kind.

The accommodation was wonderful, we really enjoyed it! The staff was wonderful too. Whatever we needed, they provided or organized. They also enabled us to check out later without any problems. Also, perfect chocolate in a mini bar 😊 and perfect, lively location, as well!

Self checking out of hours was simple as given video instruction of what to do. Bed was very comfortable, and shower very good. Location only a short walk from alexanderplatz and lots of places within walking distance.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate.
