Excellent hotel!👌 The location is just great... and couldn't be better! The hotel is right next to the Mercedes Benz Arena, (a complex with restaurants, cafes and a mall that are right next to the hotel within a short walking distance), and also to the East Side Gallery. Public transportation is available everywhere and almost at any hour and there are also quite a few interesting places and shops in the immediate vicinity. The room I got was very(!) clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable! The service is always kind and with a smile and they were always happy to help and answer any question. A highly recommended hotel and without a doubt I will return here again!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Our cabin was cozy and clean and the common areas were inviting and beautiful. Despite location in popular neighbourhood, it was quiet and peaceful. Close to metro station and many cool cafes and bars.

I traveled from Canada to Berlin for a concert by my favorite band and for work. My friend and I encountered a language barrier and had trouble getting our tickets because the Deutsche Post delayed my letter. And oh my God, I’m so grateful to Andrea and Maria for their quick assistance! Andrea reached out to everyone who could help and saved our concert plans — especially important since my friend had also traveled from another country for this. We received the E-tickets two hours before the concert. Thank you for your help, you are wonderful, girls! ❤️ They even allowed me to check into my room a little early, which was a lifesaver because I was exhausted — thank you! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel; everything was new and spotless. I even managed to hold a business meeting with my partners in the restaurant. Additionally, I was able to check out an hour later, which was incredibly convenient since my work meeting ran over. Friendly recommendation: Add some light in the bathroom for better makeup application ☺️
