It’s probably the only hotel with free parking. The room was small but clean, the hotel itself is cosy, has a small yard with lounge zone. A bit far from the city center, but good value for money.

Go early and go downstairs to The Campus when you're finished your tour. And look for the little passage way that takes you round the back of the 'Track' where all the racing cars are on display!!

Like most others, I thought the museum is wonderful.

Like most others, I thought the museum is wonderful. The design allows you to see the growth and changes of the companies involved in the development of the automobile. Exhibits were interesting, durable, and educational at the appropriate level. Lots of different perspectives were presented. I am not a fanatic about cars, but now understand how someone could be one about these cars.

Don't vo after 4:30 PM if you want to See everything in peace. They close the museum at 6 PM sharp and will Usher you away since 5:30 PM. Otherwise, the museum is great and the cars (especially the old ones) are beautiful.

Superbly set out, starting in the 1890's with an engine that powered virtually everything on wheels and boats. It is excellent value for money as it takes hours to go around not just telling the car story but also their aeroplane engines.

    Very overrated museum.

Very overrated museum. Cafe staff were lazy and the dining areas very lacklustre and dirty. Carparking machines were broken down. A reasonable display of the MB history all the way from the start of the automobile to current. Mercedes Museum ranks a distant number 2 vs Porsche Museum ranks number 1.

My daughter is a huge F1 fan, so we made a detour to the Mercedes museum. Full of rich heritage and interesting history. I learnt a lot about the name and the three Gents Herr Maybach, Benz & Daimler and the build up post the war years. Also as everyday is a school day, I was astounded of the size of the cars from the early part of the 20th century. I always assumed that cars have got bigger over the years, so was happy to be proven wrong with such stunning beauties Mercedes produced. Worth a good hour or two as part of your visit to Stuttgart.
