Very clean, high quality products, very friendly staff, hotel parking was really important (considering the crowded Ostbahnhof area, not easy to find public parking)

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable and was given a free upgrade to a better room which was very nice! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center, it takes about 25-30 minutes to get there including a 10-15 minute walk to the station. However the location is nice and quiet and felt safe to walk through, even at night.

The staff made the whole visit a very enjoyable one - from being very friendly during checkin, and helping me recommendations of things to do in the city, to sorting out a bicycle I could use during the trip, just so nice! The location is perfect, right near the beer garden, but also close to the main shopping area, metro station and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Whole building looks new and it is very clean and quiet. It is just in front of U-bahn. There are a lot of choices to eat nearby.
