The property itself is majestic. Soft marble, high ceilings and exquisite service. Perfection is the only word to describe it. The immaculate details in the presentation of the room and the attention given to each guest in the breakfast buffet went above and beyond. Everything is perfectly executed and without a hint of arrogance that sometimes is present in establishment of this quality. Every guest is made to feel at home. The kindness they showed my five-year-old daughter was heartwarming. I’ll be staying here again.

Lovely place to spend the day in.

Lovely place to spend the day in. Shopping is on the high end but there are other fun things to do other than shopping anyway e.g Panorama Punkt and after seeing the view, you can have coffee or beer right at the cafe at the top (very reasonably priced cakes and drinks). Or grab some street food at the food court nearby and there's also GameState, a huge arcade that would be very fun for younger people.

Big buildings, centrally located, well connected by train...

Big buildings, centrally located, well connected by train and tram, very urban and lots of convenience. Visit the mall of Berlin for anything you need including groceries. there is a another mall by the Sony center with a good drugstore. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

If you have the opportunity to pop to the pizza: pasta place called Viapiano you won’t be disappointed. The ordering system might be a bit confusing as you can order via app at table pr via electronic screens that you can select language of English or German. The staff are very friendly and help

Try to book a night appointment! Less people, more time to soak in the audio, more lights to get different view of the skyline, surrounding buildings and most of all, extra time picture-taking and posing!

The reception was nice, professional and friendly, immediately recognized the reservation by the first name alone, and gave us the access cards. The room was clean and had everything necessary for a short-term stay. We cooked a few times, and the kitchenette, pots and other utensils proved quite useful. The beds were nice. The bathroom also was very good. The location is in a safe district, 5-10 minutes walk from the metro stations. Potsdamer Platz is also around 15 minutes walk. Good value for the money.

Superb location, with the S1 line having a station one block away, and only 3 stops from Potsdamer Platz, or 30 minutes to Potsdam and Wannsee in the other direction. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and well-equipped for home cooking, although there is an excellent gastropub almost across the road. Despite being at street level, the apartment was really quiet and undisturbed.

the location of the hotel is very good, close to subway, and walking distance to checkpoint charlie (10 mins) and Potsdamer Platz (20min), so for shopping and restaurants are quite convenient. the room is located in a building 130 years old. the bed is good, design is nice. it was fully renovated, but you can already see it is being a bit worn out.

It's a cheap low-level hotel located right in front of the bus station, so easy to get to Potsdamer Platz, Tiergarten, Kulturcenter or other U- and S-train stations.The hotel itself very low-level, doors are like paperwalls and when you have a room looking towards the street, it is quite noisy. The rooms are clean and nice though - ok for one night or when on low budget.

Seeing historic buildings like the Reichstag &...

Seeing historic buildings like the Reichstag & Brandenburg gate are a must if you are interested in history. Also things like the Victory Column (Siegessaule), checkpoint Charlie & the sections of the Berlin wall are fascinating. Berlin is a city full of wonderful gothic buildings & I recommend a guided boat trip down the Spree to see some of them & give some ideas of what else to visit. There are some modern buildings worth seeing too like the iconic TV tower in old East Berlin & the very modern, but stylish Potsdamer Platz built very close to the former wall.
