In my opinion is it sufficient and nice hotel in very old house in 3th floor. We had really big and nice room with river view and big bathroom. The breakfast was good. The hotel is really close to Malecon 2000, which is the place to visit in Guayaquil, and not far from the Parque Seminar and Aerovia (the cable car).
