Mainly the food and the people, though the villa was a fabulous surprise upgrade! The food was wonderful, especially the Italian. Everyone we met was so helpful and friendly- too many to name individually! Grounds were really well maintained and the Christmas lights very pretty. The new pool area looks great and will be lovely when finished. Great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Loved the friendlyness of everyone. Very welcoming and helped us with any info we needed about surrounding areas. I wish the pool was kept open after 17:00 for an evening dip. Thats the only issue. Everything else was perfect.

I recently stayed at Hollywood Sharm El Sheikh Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences I have ever had. From the moment we entered the resort, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was fast, smooth, and very professional, making us feel instantly at ease and well taken care of. My room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and truly luxurious. It felt more like a private suite than a standard hotel room, with elegant touches, excellent comfort, and great attention to detail. The overall standard was outstanding. A massive thank you to Mr Mohamed Khedr, the General Manager. His leadership, professionalism, and hands-on approach were evident throughout the resort. He was always present, approachable, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. It is clear that the high standards of the hotel are a reflection of his hard work and dedication. I would also like to thank Mr Farid, the Operational Manager, for his efficiency and friendly attitude. He made sure everything was running smoothly and always made time to check in with guests, which added a personal touch to the experience. A special thank you to Head Chef Mr Mahmoud Farid, whose food was absolutely incredible. Every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The variety and quality were exceptional and truly one of the highlights of the stay. The location of the resort is perfect close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The staff were amazing. Every single member of the team was polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warmth and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day with great attention to detail. Everything was always spotless and well presented. Literally everything was perfect.

Location is in centre of Naama bay but far enough away from main strip that not bothered by music from the bars on evening. Nice beach and a private area for residents of hotel. Main thing I like about this hotel is the rooftop bar which is also open to non residents so even if you don't stay here you should visit it one night.

I received a very warm welcome, especially from Mohammad Chaabane, who kindly upgraded my room to a pool view, and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with a charming old-style décor. Clean pools and a beautiful private beach perfect for relaxing. Ideally located about 10 minutes from Naama Bay and the city center.

Lovely staff who work very hard in most areas of the hotel. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We had a deluxe room which was cozy, bed was comfy and room was massive. Fully assessible for wheelchairs and very close to airport about 12 minutes and to Naama bay and Soho square. Taxi man at the front is also very friendly as are his drivers.

Nice self contained apartment. Has all the facilities and a handy mini supermarket nearby for essentials. Great quiet location. Shared pool but virtually private as not heavily used. Balcony lovely for sunsets. 10-15mins walk to Naama Bay beach. Amr the owner very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Amazing location, friendly helpful staff, amazing spa in the hotel, great excursions to book from the hotel like desert safari trip, RAS Mohammed sea trip with snorkelling/scuba diving.
