Traveling with my wife and my son (7) This place is amazing, really luxury resort ,the room was really big with really good beds and mattress. I'm enthusiastic about the service, the owner Amid pick us to the airport and took us in the room and was very helpful with alot of things. One of the most wonderful resorts I have ever stayed in. Clean luxurious fantastic royal place. All staff are wonderful and food is very wonderful and much. The buildings are like presidential palaces. All things are available exceeded our expectations. Mr. Shereen, Mohab, Mohamed, Seif and all the staff are very helpful and respectful characters. If I recommend, I recommend this place to stay in in all seasons. All the best.

The food was good. The evening buffet was open. Breakfast was adequate. There's also a restaurant where you can eat any time of day for a fee. I never went in the pool because we don't like pools. However, the location was great. It has an agreement with a private beach, Viva Beach. Viva Beach had a small coral reef, and we swam with fish like an aquarium. It was a perfect value for money. It was in the most beautiful and lively part of the area, in Naama Bay. There was a very kind and helpful receptionist named Reda.

There is very beautiful coral reef and a lot of fish. Good service, especially thanks to Adly from reception. He was super kind! All the problems was fixed super fast. A lot of options of food and it’s good one. This area is very beautiful but expensive. But they have a free transfer to old city or Naama bay so you can do shopping there.

Nice self contained apartment. Has all the facilities and a handy mini supermarket nearby for essentials. Great quiet location. Shared pool but virtually private as not heavily used. Balcony lovely for sunsets. 10-15mins walk to Naama Bay beach. Amr the owner very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Amazing location, friendly helpful staff, amazing spa in the hotel, great excursions to book from the hotel like desert safari trip, RAS Mohammed sea trip with snorkelling/scuba diving. Free shuttle bus every evening to Naama bay. 2 huge pools and entertainment was 10/10. I would 100% book this again.

Jewel Hotel is located in the beautiful Naama Bay, on the beach. My room had a stunning view over the blue water in the daytime and over at the lights of the city on the night time. Friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms and bathrooms, room service, and outside food during the whole day, till 2 am. A mention for the people who like a glass of wine for dinner: they don't serve alcohol, but it is allowed to bring your own one. Thank you to everyone there, for your kindness, and for treating me so well!

The location of the hotel is excellent — just a one-minute walk to Naama Bay, and getting to Old Sharm takes less than 10 minutes by taxi. As for the pool and other amenities, they are truly top-notch. Everything is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is super relaxing. Highly recommended!
