Check-in was superfast, staff were friendly. The room is really spacious and luxurious. The coffee machine was a bonus. The complimentary shuttle service is a life saver (just remember to book your spot). All in all, this hotel was amazing! I will definitely make use of them again.

Excellent option for an overnight stay near the airport, as we were flying out the next morning. Very clean, tidy and well equipped room. Bed was comfortable. Reception staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous! Good variety of food options and tasty.

Location was everything! Only a few minutes walk away from Barajas metro station. Had an issue with my Uber app & the staff ( overnight shift ) went out of his way to help call a taxi very last minute.
