The best thing about the hotel was the staff! They were so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The room itself was lovely (even had l'occitane soap and shampoo in the bathroom!) and the location is fantastic. Would recommend.

Within 15 minutes drive from airport Quick check in and check out Stayed there since it is located within a 10-minute walk to IESE business school where I was doing a short training course. The room was big, comfortable, very clean, and equipped with all necessary items a traveller may need. The working team exceeded my expectations since very welcoming with big smile...all of them. We booked the junior suite with black interior, and it was mesmerizing. The bed was also so comfortable and big. We loved everything about this hotel. It was also close to the mall, metro and really good sushi restaurant. Highly recommended!

I like everything but the best of the best was the staff working there. I have been with a group of 20 American people and the two people working there, Pedro, and the other one from Argentina, who I do not remember his name, made our trip much much much easier. Having people working at the front desk like them created a good atmosphere in my group. Everything was really fast and they were extremely helpful at every single time. Top people, amazing workers. Really professional. I travel around Europe with a lot of groups and in Fira Congress always it is ver easy. Home sweet home
