New, clean and quiet accommodation. Staff is very friendly and we had a pleasant surprise in our room- a welcoming gift (champagne and chocolates). Breakfast is excellent with wide range of options. A good option for long term stays. We will return.

This hotel was more than my expactation. We booked this hotel for only one night with a very good price. The room is decorated very nice and when you enter to the room a very clean room with a good smell welcomes you.Kind and helpful staff welcomes you at the reception. The hotel is at behind street of Metropol Parasol with the other name mushroom roof. There are nice restaurants at the same street. There is a local supermarket opposite of the hotel.There is a small jakuzi and a good terrace at the roof top.There are lockers at the reception of the hotel for our use after check out. This is a very subtle and nice detail. I haven't seen in anywhere before. We parked our car the parking escuelas pías which is the nearest one to the hotel. Normally parking is very expensive in Seville but hotels have discount. We should pay normally 27 EUR but with the discount of the hotel we paid 23 EUR.

just a great fantastic place to stay. close to everything. 10 min to plaza España. 20 to city center to Alcazar and cathedral and the Giralda and all these fantastic restaurant and tapas. seriously easy!!! would def stay again.

the interior of this hotel is just stunning. From the reception to our room and the beautiful rooftop terrace with views over the Setas, everything looks perfect. the staff was amazing and took a lot of time to give us elaborate recommendations for the city! Room was very clean and on our first night we got a little cute card indicating tomorrows weather. The location was fantastic as well - directly at the Setas and close enough to everything by foot. I would love to stay here again and felt very comfortable!
