You will be like in a Christmas movies. The hotel team did a really good job with the decoration, the tree to create a fantastic atmosphere. The other outstanding thing is the service. They are remembering your room number and your habits (take out your car). The breakfast is amazing with everything that you need.

Great breakfast, and so nice and friendly staff - they were all ready to help and I had a birthday and the waitress made a surprise with a cake and song. Highly recommended!

Spacious, clean and quiet rooms, with excellent breakfasts in the mornings. The location is really great, from the hotel you have easy access to everywhere in Barcelona.

Everything. This is an exceptional hotel. We stayed in a junior suite and enjoyed the extra room and the sunny outlook with floor to ceiling windows onto the street. The room was quiet and wonderfully comfortable but what made our stay so special was the staff. Every person we encountered throughout our long stay was friendly, charming and bilingual. There was nothing asked that was too much trouble and we felt remarkably at home and welcomed. Our breakfast was included and we enjoyed the variety and excellent quality of the food. We ate dinner in the very pretty restaurant once and found the Burrata salad to be the absolute star of the menu. Delicious! There is a bar/restaurant and pool on the top floor which has a very good view of the city, including the Sagrada Familia. The bar food is similar to that of the restaurant on the ground floor. They also serve churros and hot chocolate that are excellent. The hotel is only a block from La Pedrera and the designer shopping district but also walkable to the Mediterranean, the Gothic quarter and many wonderful cafes, most particularly “Dora”, just across the street. We will definitely stay at The One again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Personnel, especial at the front desk and at the Spa was very friendly and helpful. I can really recommend to book a massage in the Spa. Beautiful ambience. It rescue my day!
