Hotel is perfectly located in the city center just next to all restaurants , shopping area and sightseeing .Room was great , free mini bar is offered too.Reception staff is the best ..they really care to help and advise and they speak perfect english.They recommended us great restaurants and ordered taxi early in the morning which was not the case in other hotels in Spain .This hotel is perfect and it is highly recommended !!!

Love, love, love the location!! Very near the Church of San Gines and even the famous Chocolateria San Gines! Walking distance to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Gran Via. It's a boutique hotel and it gave us a very cozy, relaxed feeling. Our room had a balcony overlooking Calle Arenal which had the Christmas lights on and gave you the holiday vibes. Breakfast was good and if you prefer to have brunch outside, there are a lot of cafes in the area. The hotel also has a Christmas photo corner setup right outside the entrance where people would dropby and have their photos taken. My husband and I also appreciate the fact that the hotel takes good care not only of their guests but also of their Filipino staff.

You can pay €10 to simply visit the 27th floor see the views and take photos or like us you can have a couple of drinks and some great tapas whilst chilling to some great vibes from the DJ. See the whole of Madrid and stand on a glass walkway between two parts of the building . . Come on . . Who would pass on this ?

    The location is quite advantageous, being very central. The receptionist was both professional and friendly. While the hostel is basic, it is also clean. The hotel room, though small, provided everything we required. Considering the price, it is certainly worth staying there compared to hotels along Gran Via.

    Had a really good time at the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, situated on Gran Vía close to Sol, meaning you are in the central tourist area. Many of the main attractions are in walking distance, and if you need public transport, you have two metro stations within 3 minutes of walking. The staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable, and the lobby has nice restaurants (I only tried desserts but they were good).

    Really beautiful apartment in a good location. We had a studio with a balcony and it was really good for our family, two adults and a teenager. Gran Via is really near and you can easily walk around the city. Also subway station is just a couple of minutes away and is easy to use. Many grocery stores nearby. In the apartment the beds were extremely comfortable and there was everything you need. Staff was also always reachable and helpful. Will definitely stay again and recommend the place for others.

It is in a great location to walk to all the sights you would like to see and has great access to metro stations.

    A spacious apartment, right on Gran Via, close to everything. Very clean, many little amenities in the apartment that show a lot of thought on comfort and practicality. The service from the team was amazing and thoughtful. The restaurant for breakfast is beautiful and the food is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Madrid, and we will definitely stay there again if we go to the city.

    Easy access to property via the app. Very well presented and very well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment was located in a residential area close to supermarkets, some really nice bars and restaurants and a short walk from the metro stop Pueblo Nuevo where you can take a direct line into Gran Via central Madrid.

    The decor and style throughout the hotel was beautiful, every detail is considered and designed well. The location is perfect just off Gran Via and near the Malasana and Chuecha areas which are great for exploring, drinks, food etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
