The hotel and staff is perfect. I like it very much but I stayed at the hotel just for 9 hours this time. Hopefully I would like to stay more days in the future.

Overall everything. Location. Comfy room, bathroom and comfy beds. Interior design. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a view on the city.

The hotel is situated very very close to metro station - literally near the door! In my case it was important due my schedule. Breakfast has different choices, hot and cold etc, and I loved the city view from the breakfast room's glass wall. The bed is comfortable and my room has enough of space.

Location great if you want to see any (or all) of the three big museums. The plazas at either end of Calle de las Huertas were great places to have a drink or a meal. And it was also very handy when it came time to catch our train to Seville, since it left from Atocha Station, just up the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable.
