Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent location just across the Atocha train station. Clean and chic room. Pleasantly surprised by the fabulous breakfast spread, where food were thoughtfully arranged into small morsels so guests could had a taste of everything (Spanish style of dégustation). The overall experience was sublime.
